Cantabria Labs China Product Manager
You will:
- Oversee the working relationship with different Partners (Distributors) in China
- Achieve the set revenue objectives of your portfolio
- Manage brand website, design brand marketing materials and contents, brand product registration responsibility, testing of new products, and development of new products within the portfolio
- Plan each brand’s marketing direction with Partners and assist in framing the advertising and promotion objectives
- Ensure the execution of marketing plan and strategy by Partners to ensure growing brand equity of Cantabria Labs China
- Manage relationship and look for strategic partnerships with key platforms (example: ALIBABA, 360buy, VIP), creative and PR agency
- Perform competitors’ analysis and provide weekly and monthly reports on trends and Partner’s performance
- Look for new business development opportunities for portfolio in the medical and e-commerce channel
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales and marketing management experience with strong track record in e-commerce industry. Cosmetics/ Oral Supplements/ Cosmeceuticals speciality preferred
- Team player. Dynamic, highly self-motivated with high degree of self-initiative, and result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Report to Managing Director of Cantabria Labs China
