Janine Jacob

Janine moved to China in 2017, to finish her double Master degree in International Business while still working for Fortune 500 IT company HP. In parallel of studying in Munich and Suzhou, she founded the Happiness Association in Suzhou.

Then she left her employer after 7 years, to follow her passion and found the consulting company Full Potential Partners Shanghai. Janine founded several networking groups in Suzhou, e.g. GGI and Jinji Network and hosts regular international events for InterNations in Suzhou.

In Shanghai China, Janine had founded her own training and coaching company without any savings nor local partners to serve multinationals like VW, Alibaba, or Givenchy, up to local medium-sized, startup companies, and communities.
